The Last Quarter is Always the Most Interesting

Lisa and were chatting about how the last quarter can often catch us by surprise. Is it the same for you?

One minute you are catching the warm autumn breeze, savouring summer. And the next, you are thrown full force into the twirl and swirl of fall. All systems go!

For most retailers, fall is the big season, the make it or break it season, and yet it can be easy not to treat it that way. Slipping and sliding into being reactional, rather than intentional in the final few months.

Maybe you set your goals at the beginning of the year and it seems like an eternity ago... and who has time to go back and read them when you are putting 48 hours into a 24 hour day. And let’s face it – it hasn’t been easy. Maybe you didn’t even set goals this year... feeling like it was too much of a leap of faith in an uncertain economy to be bold enough to set goals.

But what if you could change all that.

Change the course of the year by changing what you do with this last three months.

That is what our course, Maximize the Last 90 Days is all about. Getting intentional about the one goal that will change the course of your business for 2023.

Lisa and I will lead you through how to determine what that singular goal should be and then we will work together to point all the areas of your business towards achieving that goal.

Can you feel the relief?

It is a complete mind shift. Instead of just hoping to keep up - you are confidently moving forward.
